Terms of Service

Overview

These terms apply to inquiries, quotes, samples, and orders for custom tote bags arranged through Sourenza (sourenza.com). Submitting an inquiry form is a request for a quote, not an order.

Quotes and website prices

• "From" prices shown on the website are reference bands for standard sizes with single-logo print and exclude freight.
• Quotes are non-binding until both parties confirm the order details (specification, quantity, price, and delivery terms) in writing.
• Quotes may change if specifications, quantities, material costs, or exchange rates change before confirmation.

Samples

• Samples can be arranged before bulk production so you can approve material, hand-feel, and print.
• Sample fees and timing are stated in your quote. For larger bulk orders, sample fees may be partly offset where agreed in writing.
• Approval of a sample confirms the reference standard for bulk production.

Payment

• Standard terms: 30% deposit to start production, and the remaining 70% before shipment.
• Production starts after the deposit is received and artwork / specifications are confirmed.

Lead times

• Production and shipping lead times we provide are estimates, not guarantees.
• Delays can result from material availability, artwork revisions, holidays, carrier schedules, or customs.

Artwork and intellectual property

You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, artwork, or trademarks you send us for printing.

Shipping

Freight is quoted separately by destination. Risk and responsibility for shipping, duties, and taxes follow the delivery terms agreed in your confirmed order.

Quality issues

Please report any defects promptly with photos after receiving goods. We will review issues against the approved sample and agreed specifications.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
