We do not require you to create an account to request a quote.

We use this information only to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes, arrange samples, and communicate with you about a potential or confirmed order.

How your information is processed

• Inquiry notifications and replies are sent by email using Resend (an email delivery service) and Google Workspace (our business email).
• These providers process data on our behalf solely to deliver and store our email correspondence.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
• We do not use your inquiry data for third-party advertising.

Retention

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting order, and for reasonable business record-keeping.
